In the reimbursable ledger you can find all external costs created for projects or material that was recorded for the projects. In order to document the material in addition to the time recording, this ledger should be used.
The filters are also available here to explicitly filter for a customer or a project.
To create new services/costs, click on the plus. The "Performance" dialog opens. The fields to be filled are self-explanatory. The service templates cannot be edited in XTWeb, but are supplied from the Xpert-Timer Pro system. This also applies to the category.
If a service is created as "non-billable", the sales price in the system is set to zero because we do not expect any payment for the service.
